“Experience the Tradition of Trianon Coffee
Since 1985, Trianon has been more than just a coffee roaster; it’s a cornerstone of community and craftsmanship. Founded by Norma and Edmond Bazerghi, Trianon quickly became a beloved gathering spot where friendships blossomed over cups of meticulously crafted coffee. “There are two ways to run a coffee business – to sell as much coffee as you can each day or to make it part of the neighborhood,” Norma once said, capturing the essence of their philosophy.
Named after a retreat in the Versailles Palace, Trianon embodies the idea of coffee as a respite from the daily grind. The West Lake/Rollingwood location mirrors this ambiance, offering a cozy conference room, plush seating, and a dedicated staff committed to delivering some of the finest coffee in the Austin area.
Under the skilled hands of roaster Charles Emile Lauriat, Trianon continues its legacy of excellence. For nearly fifteen years, Charles has upheld the tradition of hand-crafted coffees, roasting in small batches to ensure freshness with each sip. Whether it’s their signature blends or custom creations, Trianon’s commitment to quality shines through in every cup.
Join us in savoring the experience of Trianon Coffee – a testament to the artistry and passion that defines Austin’s coffee scene. From the original cafe in Westlake to the finest establishments across the city, Trianon’s hand-roasted coffees await, ready to elevate your coffee ritual.”
Ever since the inception of Local Roast Club, Trianon has been one of my staples for exceptional coffee. Emile and his team consistently curate a diverse range of premium coffees sourced from around the globe. With each new brew I sample, I find myself continually impressed by the quality and depth of flavor. Personally, I have a soft spot for their Peruvian blends – they never fail to delight my palate.
Here’s a charming tidbit: my sister once worked for the National Forest Service in Minnesota, and it turns out one of her colleagues happened to be best friends with Emile’s brother. It’s moments like these that remind me of the small world we live in, where even across vast distances, connections to Austin and Trianon manage to weave their way into our lives. If you ever find yourself out in West Lake be sure to stop by their coffee shop and say hello!
